Since 2018 I've worked inside On the Spot Firestop, a family-owned specialty subcontractor in Colorado. I've handled estimating, billing, compliance, contract administration, and workforce systems, and I've led the software rollouts that changed how the office and field work together.
Along the way I earned a bachelor's and a master's in International Business (Global Supply Chain) from the University of Colorado Denver, studied in Porto, Portugal, and led international projects across Latin America and Europe.
I started Herrera Consulting Group to bring that hands-on experience to other small businesses. I'm not a big firm with a slide deck. I've done this work myself, and I keep things practical.
